Television

You can access from a Web browser by going to https://player.masmediatv.es and you can do so via multiple devices including: Android tablets and smartphones, iPad, iPhone, FireTV Stick, Chromecast, Smart TV (LG, Samsung and Android TV) and other models, Apple TV or PC (with Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems) through the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Opera).

Access via Android and iOS devices is through the +MEDIA application that can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple Store.

Once downloaded, both on your TV or other devices, all you then have to do is enter the email address that you gave us when contracting the service and, as a password, your DNI, NIE or CIF to complete your log in.

If you have contracted Adamo TV you should receive an automatic email from no-reply@adamo.es once your account has been activated. This process is completely automated and the email will confirm your login credentials and have useful information to start enjoying Adamo TV.

If after registering you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder.

If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot your password?” in the "Login" window of https://player.masmediatv.es/ or any other App.

You can reset your password by receiving a password reset email.

If you do not remember the email address with which you registered or you no longer use it, please contact us by chat or call toll free at 900 651 651

Once you've entered your email address and clicked 'reset password', you should receive a password reset email. This email usually arrives within a few minutes and contains a link to log in automatically. From there you will be prompted to create a new password. The link in the email expires in 24 hours, so be sure to use it as soon as possible.

If the link in the email has expired, don't worry. You can always send yourself another password reset email.

I sent the email, but I haven't received it...

Check your spam folder and any type of mail filter you may have set to make sure the message hasn't gone to something other than your inbox.

In the web, Android or iOS applications, click on the link: have you forgotten your password?

Depending on the type of Adamo TV package you have chosen, you can enjoy the service on several devices simultaneously (2 with Adamo TV Basic, 3 with Adamo TV Total and 4 with Adamo Tv Premium).

For any Adamo TV Empresas package, you can enjoy the service on up to 4 simultaneous devices for the rest of the channels through the +Media app.

The Warner TV and TCM channels can be viewed on up to 3 simultaneous devices for both Adamo TV and Adamo TV Empresas.

The content we offer is determined by license agreements in force between MasMedia and the broadcasters responsible for that content.

The +Media application offers the "Catch Up" option, which consists of allowing you to rewind, pause or recover the last 7 days' programs, except for Mediaset channels, which will not have this functionality and will shown as broadcast . This is because, for certain content, the player does not have the corresponding rights for them to use these features.

The affected channels are: Telecinco, Cuatro, Boing, FDF, BMAD, Divinity and Energy.

You can view content stored on the platform from the last 7 days of any channel included in te service. In the app you have a section of movies, series and documentaries where you can choose the content you want to see. You can also choose content directly from the Guide on those channels that are included with the service.

Yes. All adult channels have a 4-digit access pin that you can change once you access the platform through https://player.masmediatv.com/ within your user options.
