To register we need the full address of your home with postal code, your full name and the DNI/NIE/passport of the holder and your IBAN bank account number.

If the fibre is already in your building, we will send it to your home through the existing internal infrastructures (antenna, telephone or, if needed, electricity).

We'll pass a cable from the outside of your building into your home and we'll install the router where you prefer without the need for any building work: by using internal conduits, we will not leave any cable visible in your home.

Installation usually takes only 1 to 2 hours.

All basic services for individuals have an activation cost of € 175.45, of which € 12.10 is charged and the rest, € 163.35, are subsidized by Adamo as long as the service is maintained over time determined by contract (tenure). These prices include VAT.

In the case of non-promotional products there is no tenure but there is a charge for installation costs if you unsubscribe before 3 months. In promotional products the tenure is 12 months. In each option we mark if you have tenure or not.

The router model we are currently installing is the GENEXIS PURE 200. You can review its technical specifications here: Modelo Pure ED500

For customers without a fixed telephone service, we are installing the AMAZON Eero 6 router. You can find more information about it here.

At registration/installation you do not have to pay anything for the installed equipment, although in case of service termination all the equipment must be returned.

If you are already a customer and want to change your router, contact us via chat o call us free on 900 651 651.

In the event that you decide to cancel your Adamo contract and the equipment is not returned, an additional cost of € 133.10 will be invoiced for the Genexis router or € 161.05 for each Eero device you have installed (if you have contracted the Smart Wifi service, you will have up to two Eero routers installed).

You can take a speed test here. We recommend that you do the test connecting the computer by network cable, since it is the technology that allows the highest speed.

If you have an Amazon Eero 6 Router you can also access the Eero App and from the 'Home' option you can launch a test and check the speed you receive.

Before carrying out the test, we recommend that you check our network speeds in this document.

The contracted speed is real! Fiber optic technology is stable and allows us to deliver the advertised speed to your home.

Yes, with the portability process you keep your landline phone and mobile number. If you prefer, we can activate a new number for you.

We take care of the process so you don't have to worry about a thing.

We do not process portability until service with Adamo is already available. If you start receiving SMS notifications about the status of your mobile portability vand you still do not have the SIM card at your disposal, please contact us at 900 651 651 to claim a new SIM shipment.
